As a QA Executive, the role involves conducting audits, reviewing quality documents, investigating deviations, and coordinating with production and QC teams to maintain high-quality standards. Ideal candidates should have strong testing skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records
Conduct internal audits, inspections, and validations to ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines
Review batch records, SOPs, and quality documentation
Investigate and document deviations, non-conformances, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and customer audits
Coordinate with production, QC, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless quality operations
Monitor in-process quality checks and identify areas for improvement
Ensure proper training and awareness programs for quality standards among employees
Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of GMP, FDA, WHO, ISO standards
Strong documentation & record-keeping skills
Good analytical & problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a regulated environment
Excellent communication & teamwork
Experience with chemical testing and validation procedures
This QA Executive job has 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM timing.
Req. Experience:
0-5 Years
Qualification:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Any relevant degree
